Webinars

1. Check the start time for your state. The webinar room will be open for you to log in 30 minutes before the live event starts.
2. If you have registered for the webinar, you will receive a log-in email. Open the email and click the ‘Log-In here’ button.
3. Enter the email address you registered with, then click the ‘Sign In’ button. The webinar will open in a new browser window.

If you do not have the log-in email:

• Go to our Upcoming Webinars page on the day of the webinar.
• Navigate to the webinar and click on the log-in link under the ‘Logging In’ heading.

MHPN webinars

To register for MHPN webinars:

• Go to our Upcoming Webinars page.
• Find the webinar you are interested in, and click ‘Register now’, either in the main description of the webinar or along the right-hand side of the page. This will take you to the webinar registration page.
• If you have not logged in to the MHPN Portal, you will see a ‘Log in to register’ button at the top right-hand side of the page.
• If you do not have an MHPN Portal account, click the ‘Register’ button in the bottom right-hand corner of the log-in window.
• Once you have logged in, you will see a button that says, ‘Attend webinar’. Click this button to confirm your details and agree to the webinar ground rules. You will receive an email confirming your webinar registration shortly after submitting your details.

Partner webinars

Please note, Partner webinar registrations are not taken through the MHPN Portal. Follow the instructions below to register for an MHPN Partner webinar.

• Go to our Upcoming Webinars page.
• Find the webinar you are interested in, and click ‘Register now’, either in the main description of the webinar or along the right-hand side of the page. This will take you to an external registration page not on the MHPN website.
• Fill out your details in the required fields (including agreeing to the Terms and Conditions) and click ‘Register’.
• Once you have successfully registered, the page will say, “You are now registered and a confirmation email will be sent shortly.”
